Fraser Equestrian Centre (fondly referred to as FEC) is a 26 stall training centre owned and operated by Susan Fraser, in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. With an eye on Blomidon and the highest tides in the world, FEC is just minutes away from Wolfville’s Acadia University.

Having grown up in Kingston, Nova Scotia, her high school diploma had barely touched her hand when Susan was off in search of everything horse.  Her quest for knowledge took her to England, Germany and Ontario, returning her to her bluenose roots a decade and a half later.

Everyone who boards at FEC is either on a lesson program (dressage, hunter or jumper) or has their horse in for training.

The only exceptions are the horses who come for physical rehabilitation -- an ability that Sue received from her father and nurtured at the elbow of the many vets she spent time with throughout her travels.

FEC offers clinics, summer training camps and a lesson program for people who want to take lessons but don't board a horse here.

Fraser Equestrian Centre is a training centre. But it is so much more.

It’s family. It’s laughter. It's learning and growing.

As the FEC riders summed it up so succinctly:
